Dear Cory,

The deacons of the church at their meeting this week, decided that, because of a number of complaints received, they are no longer able to allow you the use of the schoolroom for your practices.

Because of various circumstances, you would not have been able to come this Saturday as we could not have got the key to you.

I am sorry if this seems short notice. I hope that having had the use of the schoolroom has been useful to you.
