I couldn’t ever face the truth.
That you tried to hide.
Why should I forgive you now.
Knowing that you lied.

Looking back, I realise
It wasn’t perfect,
But all relationships,
Have their own defect.

You’re lying when you stay at the office late
You’re lying when you say he’s only a mate
You’re lying when you say you never even knew
You’re lying when you say I’ll always love you

I know people think that,
I’m wasting my time.
But how was I to know,
That trying was a crime.

I’m trying to find a life.
Get some respect.
I may not be very nice to you.
But what did you expect?
